We offer a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase on any paid plan, no questions asked. If RevMe Proxy isn't the right fit, we'll refund your payment in full.
Refund Conditions
- First-time subscribers: Full refund within 7 days of your first paid subscription.
- Monthly renewals: Cancel anytime before your next billing cycle — no charge for the next month.
- Annual plans: Pro-rated refund available within 30 days of annual purchase.
- Downgrades: You can downgrade to any lower plan (including Free) at any time.
How to Request a Refund
Email [email protected] with your account email and the subject line "Refund Request." We process all refunds within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.
Non-Refundable
- Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations.
- Refund requests made after 7 days from initial purchase (monthly plans).
- Refund requests made after 30 days from initial purchase (annual plans).
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account billing page. When you cancel:
- Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.
- You will not be charged again after cancellation.
- You can downgrade to the Free plan to keep your account and basic features.
- Your data will be retained for 30 days after cancellation in case you decide to return.
