Refund Conditions

• First-time subscribers: Full refund within 7 days of your first paid subscription.
• Monthly renewals: Cancel anytime before your next billing cycle — no charge for the next month.
• Annual plans: Pro-rated refund available within 30 days of annual purchase.
• Downgrades: You can downgrade to any lower plan (including Free) at any time.

How to Request a Refund

Email [email protected] with your account email and the subject line "Refund Request." We process all refunds within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.

Non-Refundable

• Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations.
• Refund requests made after 7 days from initial purchase (monthly plans).
• Refund requests made after 30 days from initial purchase (annual plans).

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account billing page. When you cancel:

• Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.
• You will not be charged again after cancellation.
• You can downgrade to the Free plan to keep your account and basic features.
• Your data will be retained for 30 days after cancellation in case you decide to return.
