1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RevMe Proxy ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

RevMe Proxy provides website cloning, traffic cloaking, bot detection, A/B testing, and analytics tools. The Service is designed for legitimate marketing purposes including landing page optimization, ad campaign protection, and traffic analysis.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service
• One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use RevMe Proxy to:

• Clone websites without authorization from the website owner
• Engage in phishing, identity theft, or fraud
• Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Send spam or unsolicited communications
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or other users

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice.

5. Subscription & Billing

• Paid plans are billed monthly in advance
• Prices are listed in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes
• You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact support within 7 days of billing
• Failure to pay may result in account downgrade or suspension

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for downtime caused by:

• Scheduled maintenance (we'll notify you in advance when possible)
• Third-party service outages (Cloudflare, Stripe, etc.)
• Force majeure events

7. Intellectual Property

The RevMe Proxy platform, including its design, code, features, and documentation, is the intellectual property of RevMe Proxy. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

RevMe Proxy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to:

• Loss of revenue or ad spend
• Data loss or corruption
• Service interruptions
• Actions taken by third parties (ad platforms, reviewers, etc.)

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
